Large and airy rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! The full English breakfast is the best. Our hotel is set in a central location close to beech and transport, Dawlish and the sea and the countryside.

The breakfast was plentiful, had a good choice of food like cereal and fruit. Booked a room with absolutely breathtaking views over the town. The location couldn't be more absolutely perfect and perfectly comfortable in that area everything was excellent.

Really enjoyed Dawlish, the hotel was comfy in that area everything was excellent. It was an excellent and ideal location really close to a short hill above the town centre, train station and all local amenities and all attractions and railway station up a short hill. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Brunswick Arms.

I appreciated the room with a view, the bed was comfortable. The property's location was magnificent and lovely, close to shops and restaurants. I found The Brunswick Arms offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. It was a lovely stay for my birthday weekend, would recomand this hotel.
